By booking you are taken to have accepted all of the terms and conditions set out below in clauses 1 -5 inclusive.

1.0 Delegate substitutions and cancellations

1.1 Substitutions are acceptable at any time, but must be sent in advance in writing to tpr@glasgows.co.uk

2.0 Programme alterations

2.1 Glasgows and/or The Pensions Regulator reserve the right to alter the content and timing of the webinar or identity of the speakers.

2.2 Glasgows and/or The Pensions Regulator will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of alterations to the programme.

3.0 Postponement or Cancellation of event by Glasgows and/or The Pensions Regulator

3.1 Glasgows and/or The Pensions Regulator will not be liable to you for any costs or losses you incur as a result of postponement or cancellation.

4.0 Force Majeure Circumstances

4.1 Should Glasgows and/or The Pensions Regulator be unable to perform any obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, flood, drought, strike, lock out or actions of the venue, Glasgows and/or The Pensions Regulator will not be liable to you for any losses or claims arising from this.

4.2 In the event that you are unable to attend the webinar due to causes or circumstances beyond your reasonable control, but Glasgows and/or The Pensions Regulator webinar remains unaffected, Glasgows and/or The Pensions Regulator will not be liable to you for any costs or losses. These circumstances include but are not limited to any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, flood, drought or strike.
